What is a Lace Closure?


 A Lace Closure is a 4x4" piece, which around temple to temple size and put in the middle, its 4 inches long and 4 inches wide, like perfect square.Most of the closure standards are 4x4" lace closures.A lace closure is the go to for women who love middle part simple hairstyles. Closures do not recreate a hairline. There are three different options for a closure: middle part closure, free part closure, and three part closure.


What is a Lace Frontal?


A Lace Frontal is a half wig which goes from ear to ear and is sewn with approximately 3-4 bundles of hair. 13 x 4 inches is the standard size.This is the best option for women with thinning edges.With a lace frontal you can effortlessly brush your hair back into a ponytail. 13 x 4 inch Lace frontal saves fewer hair bundles compared to lace closure.You also save sew-in time and wear it much more comfortably.


Do you guys color hair? 
No,We do not offer color service.


Do your frontal and closure come pre-plucked?
Our frontals and closures come pre-plucked.


Are the knot bleach? 
The Knots are delicately bleached on the hairline.

Do you offer different color lace options? 
No, we do not offer other options colors for the lace. At this time only we only offer light brown Swiss lace. As it allows you to easily blend it in with your powder or liquid for a flawless and undetectable look.


What's the differences between? Brazilian virgin hair, Peruvian virgin hair,

Malaysian virgin hair and Indian virgin hair?
The differences are more apparent in the hair's reaction to water, heat or air drying. For longer lasting curls on any of the hair, it is recommended to roller set hair with a hair setting lotion.


Malaysian Hair - Malaysian hair at first can appear excessively shiny but after the first 2-3 washes the shine lessens considerably to take on a more natural appearance. Curls will not loosen or drop with time but maintain their form for the entire day. No product is required to maintain the curl. Malaysian hair is also softer and silkier in texture than Indian hair. 


Indian hair tends to dry into a beautiful wave which ranges from a slight wave to very wavy, although it straightens and curls very easily. 


Brazilian Hair- Is silkier and shinier in texture than Indian Hair.The Straight textures are not bone straight but tend to curly beautifully at the end. This hair holds curls very well and tends to hold curls longer than Indian Hair.Along with giving you the fullness look. 


Peruvian Hair-Is a little coarser and thicker in texture than Indian and Brazilian hair. It blends well with normal African-American relaxed hair textures and medium Caucasian hair textures. The curly texture becomes more curly when wet or washed.


Indian Hair- Virgin Remy Indian is naturally dark in color and is a more coarse hair texture. This hair is very easy to blend with African-American.It is very versatile and gives you a beautiful bounce and fullness.It is more coarse than Peruvian hair and Malaysian hair.


How long does it last?
This hair can last for a very long time under good care.Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then it will last much longer.


Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.
Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
Why do the colors of hair extensions don’t look exactly as the pictures show?
Different monitors have different displays.Every time, maybe the same color No. will have a little color difference because of the source hair texture. Everyone's hair grows in a different way.Please ask a help from the hairdresser for the colors code as the international color swatch says.


How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
Human hair has natural protein, it is easy to tell by burning and smelling, human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching, human hair will smell foul when burning, the human hair will show white smoke.
While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke, moreover, human hair may have a few gray hairs and split ends, it is normal and not a quality problem.


Will Frontal damage my hair line? 
Frontals can protect your hair and edges from damage when installed and cared for properly. Daily styling and manipulation of your hair can lead to damage, split ends, and breakage. However, frontals help you avoid breakage and thinning around your hairline.We strongly advise you to consult with a hair stylist specialist when installing and removing your frontal.

Care and Usage

Can they be straightened, curled?
 Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/straightener or tongs even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.


Can I dye color the hair?
 Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.


Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?
 You can wash them as you would your own shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dried on low settings, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

How many pieces of hair for one head?
Normally 3 packs are enough for a full head, at most 5 packs.You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over 18" long you might need another pack.


 What type of hair care products should I use?
 Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like mousse and hair spray to keep the curls in place,but make sure to wash your hair and not leave these products in for a long time.

Can I pay through PayPal with my credit card?
 Yes, you can choose the PayPal option and you will be asked to fill in your credit card information to fulfill the transaction.


Are there additional transaction fees for Apple Pay?
No. Apple Pay transactions are processed by Stripe and only subject to the standard transaction fees.


I have bought something but seen it at a different price on your website.
 As an online business we act much faster in adjusting our prices in response to trends, stock and demand from customers. It's our general view not to refund the difference.

Orders


How long do you take to dispatch an order 
 Generally, we will dispatch your order on the day you order it. However, we may need to wait for 2 or 3 days for the stock at times, thus the delivery will be delayed for 2 or 3 days.


Do you guarantee delivery time?
 Because the post office handles your shipment,we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.We suggest you to make orders 4 days in advance thus you will have sufficient time for shipping. You should receive all items in 7 days unless you pay overnight express which is an additional cost add at checkout. 


Are there any hidden charges to my order?
 Basically, the final amount you will pay is just the price of the product plus shipping. Sometimes, because of the exchange rate of currency, when the payment finally cleared through the bank, the total amount will be a little different to the price of the product, but it's only less than 0.5% of the total price.


What if my order delivery was delayed?
We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.


Why should I create an account?
Don't let the few extra seconds to create an account annoy you! It is to better help you keep track of your order history with New Hair Game. Thank you for creating your account. 


I forgot to use a promo code on my order, can you help me?
Oh no! Sadly, promo codes may not be applied to an order after you’ve placed it, so please be sure to add it before completing your order! Keep in mind, only one promo code is allowed per order.


Can I cancel or change an order after I’ve placed it?
Getting your order to you with speed and accuracy is our top priority. Once you submit your order, the process begins immediately to get your order ready. While we will put in a valiant effort to save the day, we will be unable to guarantee or honor requests for order changes and cancellations. Please note, if your order cannot be updated or cancelled, we cannot be held liable to provide return labels or refunds for shipping costs. Customer’s Account


Can we edit a customer’s saved information?
No. Only customers can edit their saved shipping addresses and payment information.


Can we cancel a customer’s subscription for them?
Yes. You can cancel a customer’s subscription for them.


How do customers change their email address or password?
Customers needing to update their email address should create a new account. Customers can use the Forgot password link in the Sign in window to reset their password.


It isn’t possible to change a customer’s email address or password on their behalf.


My customer can't reset their password.
Customers can only reset their password when they try to log into their account before checkout. The option to reset their password doesn't appear on the checkout page.  


Can a customer save a PayPal account as a payment method?
No. Customers can only save credit card information and billing addresses.


Can customers check out without an account?
Yes, logging into an account at checkout is optional. Customers without accounts can check out as a guest.


Can I require customers to create an account to check out?
No. It isn’t possible to make creating an account required.


Will orders made while logged out appear in a customer’s account?
If the customer enters the same email address at checkout, this order will appear in their Customer profile in the Customers panel. However, when a customer views their own account, orders placed while logged out won’t be included.


How customers sign in and manage their information
Customers log in using the Sign In link located on the New Hair Game navigation menu. 


Click the “Login” When logged in, the link changes to My Account.

After they’re logged in, they can click the My Account link to:

View their orders and donations

Manage their subscriptions

Add and update billing information

Add and update shipping addresses

Update their name or password.


Where is my tracking number? 
All tracking numbers are emailed to you after your order is prepared. Please check your inbox and spam folder. As well as you can login to your account to track your order. 


Track order and manage  your Account Via the order email Customers can also click the View order link in order emails. This opens a new tab or window where they can log into their account and view their order.

Gift Cards


Gift Card limitations
At checkout, a gift card’s value will be subtracted from the order total. This includes tax and shipping.


Gift cards never expire.
When purchasing a gift card, customers will go directly to checkout after clicking Purchase. Gift card checkout doesn’t include custom forms or fields.


Redeeming a gift card
After the recipient receives their gift card, they can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code at checkout. They can apply the gift card to any physical, digital, or service product. Customers can't use gift cards to buy subscription products.


Gift cards apply to the order total, including tax, shipping, and any transaction fees. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, they'll pay the remaining amount using your store's supported payment methods or another gift card.
If their order total is less than the gift card value, they can complete checkout without another payment method. The amount applied and remaining value displays in the gray box and in the order receipt.


Can customers use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes. Customers can apply multiple gift cards to an order.


Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?
When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.


Do sale pricing and discounts apply to purchasing gift cards?
No. Sales pricing and discount codes can’t be applied to purchasing a gift card. However, these discounts will apply to orders made using a gift card.


Can I refund a gift card?
Yes. You can cancel and refund unused gifts cards. Partially used gift cards can't be refunded.


Can I refund purchases made with a gift card?
Yes. Refunding a purchase made with a gift card adds the refunded amount to the gift card's balance.


Can customers buy multiple gift cards in one order? Or purchase a gift card with other products?
No. When purchasing a gift card, customers will go directly to checkout after clicking Purchase, similar to Express Checkout.


How does the recipient check their balance?
The recipient will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, they'll see the remaining balance if there is any.


What do I do if a customer loses their gift card code?
We can resend the gift email notification just send us an email to info@newhairgame.com
